
Jillian graduated with her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in 2015. She has spent her time as an occupational therapist focusing on connection and engagement with children. She has worked in Early Intervention and within the private practice setting utilizing neurodiversity affirming methods with her clients and families. Her practice approach is hallmarked by the utilization of DIRFloortime strategies, child-led practices and parent coaching in order to meet children and families where they are at and build on their foundational skills.
Jillian says ”As a clinician, I believe that children learn best when they are engrossed in natural opportunities for play. Therapy should be fun. Parents should be treated as the expert on their child. My goal is to facilitate an environment where children can feel empowered, understood and supported. My objective is to help you and your child learn, grow and develop alongside our team, feeling confident in your ability to carryover our therapeutic strategies at home and reach the therapeutic goals that are important to you and your family.
